This is our annual reminder that we will be closed between Christmas and the New Year.

Lawgistics Ltd and Lawgistics Litigation for the Motor Trade CIC will close at 2 pm on Friday, 22 December 2023, and reopen at 9 am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

Our legal team will be working on cases to get ahead of deadlines that fall over the Christmas period and in early 2024, so please help them by providing information when requested and sending over any paperwork from the court, customers, or third parties in good time.

Courts will be closed on Monday, 25 December, Tuesday, 26 December, Wednesday, 27 December 2023, and Monday, 1 January 2024.

If you receive a claim form while we are closed and a response is required before we re-open, you must complete the white and blue document titled “Response Pack/Acknowledgement of Service” and send it back to the court at the address provided. This will give you an additional 14 days to file and serve a defence meaning we can assist you on our return. You should tick box 1 if you want to defend the claim, then complete and sign the other boxes.
