We have received notification today that courts will no longer be sending out paper copies of Allocation Questionnaire to represented parties. This is in an attempt to save on the cost of printing and distributing.

Whilst at present it looks only to be effecting represented parties, the system may filter down to all parties. We therefore remind you to read all documents that come through from the court, or if you are unsure as to whether you are required to act based on the content of a court letter, please do send a copy to us and we can sort it for you.
