A Mr Gavin Seragg, t/a Mayfair Car Sales, Hall Street, Offerton was prosecuted for ‘clocking’ a number of vehicles and offering credit without a licence by Stockport Council.
He was ordered to repay £200,000 in compensation and £22,500 to Stockport for their costs. He was given six months to pay failing which he will face prison.
