HSE Proposal to exempt some self employed workers

HSE is looking at proposals to exempt health and safety law from those whose work poses no potential risk of harm to others.  This would cover people such as bookkeepers, trainers, outside consultants etc who essentially carry out office based work.  It is envisaged it will affect approximately one million people.
