Could we be about to get a ruling from a court?
Not a problem I am ever going to have to ask MY garage to correct for me, but, we are dealing with a complaint that the engine within a Porsche suffered from cylinder bore scoring despite a relatively a low mileage.
It looks certain that a District Judge is going to have to rule on this issue in the near future as one of our clients seeks to argue that it is caused by wear and tear and is not a defect. Whilst it is not appropriate to articulate in such an open forum the detail behind that argument, we will be keen to know what the court’s decision on the matter will be and one that we will share with Lawgistics members.
