As we head towards the incoming Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 30 day right ‘short term right to reject’. We thought it would be interesting to find out some of the weirdest, funniest and just downright craziest reasons that customers have given for attempting to return a vehicle after purchase.
We would like to publish these anonymously in later Legal Updates and the best ones will receive FOC one of our vehicle inspection pads. We recommend traders fill out one of these forms every time they sell a vehicle and get the customer to sign the sheet to say they agree with the conclusions of the Pre Delivery Inspection.
