In the recent TS Today magazine it was reported that a former Senior Immigration Officer Liaqat Ali, working for a Manchester Law Firm has been prosecuted and fined £1200 plus costs for selling cars that have been ‘clocked’. 

The prosecution was brought by West Yorkshire Trading Standards.  The seller traded as Bargain Cars of Leeds.
