The Consumer Rights Act came into force in 2015 and is the main piece of legislation dealers need to understand about selling vehicles to consumers. With more consumers becoming aware of their rights, but in many instances misunderstanding those rights, it is important dealers remain aware of what the law means and how the courts may continue to interpret the law.
