Good luck to them. The concept is fine but it is a concern when the claim is made “You’ll never be tied down to a contract”. A quick tour of the site finds you in a set of ‘Terms and Conditions’. What are ‘Terms and Conditions’ if not the flesh and the bones of a contract? Do read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ as it is always important to understand what your commitments are.
Remember lawyers only rush to the contract when things go wrong.
