It appears the European City Guide (ECG) is still causing concern for our clients. We thought the activity had gone quiet but some complaints have started again.
The nature of the problem is that clients are presented with a document which appears to be a simple confirmation of details for an existing guide. However, within the ‘small print’ ECG set out their rates for such inclusion in the guide and then bombard you with ever increasing demands for payment which escalate with legal companies getting involved.
