It’s only taken three years, two pandemic episodes, and one mountain climb to reach this point… but the Lawgistics prize draw competition has concluded and the winners selected!

To recap, the prize draw competition for a discounted Lawgistics membership was launched to raise money for Ben, the charity for the motor industry.

Alongside the competition, Joel Combes, Lawgistics managing director, was also part of a team from the motor industry that climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds and awareness of Ben.

We asked our legal update recipients the below question:

In 2015, what UK Act replaced the Sale of Goods Act 1979?

to win one of the below prizes:

First Prize: £500 off Lawgistics membership fee
Second Prize: £250 off Lawgistics membership fee
Third Prize: £100 off Lawgistics membership fee

The correct answer is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015)

We were overwhelmed by the number of responses. And, we are delighted to announce the winners are:

1st Prize – Lynx Garage Limited

2nd Prize – H I D Autos Ltd

3rd Prize – Pridmores Ltd

We look forward to supporting the winners during their membership year in both a legal capacity and with HR Manager, our online portal for employment administration, stationery, and warranty services.

Your incredible support for the prize draw competition and the banner adverts have raised an amazing £17k for the Ben charity!

Thank you so much for your entries and for helping Ben, whose services are needed more than ever during these challenging times.
