We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Jason White as our new Operations and Technology Director. Jason has also been formally appointed as a Director of Lawgistics, effective immediately.
This is a significant step for the business as we continue to evolve from a traditional legal consultancy into a fully integrated, tech enabled service provider for the motor trade and beyond.
Since 2020, under the leadership of Managing Director Joel Combes, Lawgistics has experienced rapid growth, more than doubling our membership from 1,000 to over 2,500 businesses. In that time, we’ve also launched our Community Interest Litigation Service, released the cross-industry HRManager platform, and introduced a fully digital warranty solution. Each of these projects has strengthened our mission to provide practical, accessible legal support that fits the real world our clients operate in.
Now, with demand growing and technology reshaping how businesses access legal and compliance services, this appointment ensures our operational structure and digital capabilities are built to scale.
“Jason brings a huge amount of experience in digital operations and software delivery,” says Managing Director Joel Combes. “He’s already played a key role behind the scenes in transforming the way we work, and this appointment gives him the remit to lead our next phase of growth.”
Jason brings over two decades of experience leading digital operations and building systems that last. In the motor trade and beyond, he has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering successful technology strategies. His career is defined by sharp execution, relentless problem-solving, and a no-nonsense approach to building things.
“Lawgistics has always had a strong sense of identity,” says Jason. “This isn’t about chasing trends, it’s about building tools and processes that make compliance more intuitive and delivery more efficient. I’m excited to help shape the next chapter.”
Jason’s role will extend beyond our software platforms. He will be responsible for streamlining operations across both our legal consultancy and digital services, including the development of new tools for health & safety and GDPR compliance, all built with the same user-first mindset and legal credibility our members expect.
This is not a change of direction. It is a clear, proactive step to secure the future of what we’ve built. We remain committed to providing the same trusted advice, the same strong voice for the motor trade, and now, the systems and infrastructure to support even greater things to come.
