The time is fast approaching for CarDealer Magazine’s Expo which I have had the pleasure of attending the previous three events and have seen it grow year on year.

This year a change of venue promises even more. More exhibitors, more workshops and one more day. I suggest that if you can make the trip to Manchester Central on May the 21st and 22nd, you do. The increase in attendance is testament to this event which should not be missed by those in the Motor Trade.

Lawgistics legal advisor, Nona Bowkis will be conducting a workshop on GDPR in Central 7, on both day 1 (12.30, 14.45) and day 2 (12.00, 15.00). Nona has studied the new regulations at length and looked at the possible implications for Lawgistics Members and the Motor Trade in general. She has written a series of legal updates on what we might expect and how to prepare for May 25th.

Nona will also be on the Lawgistics stand, alongside Kiril from the legal team, to answer any questions you may have about Consumer issues, Employment matters, GDPR concerns or any other issues.

Joel and myself will be there to talk about our legal services, warranty products, stationery and showcase the newest product from Lawgistics, HR Manager.

HR Manager is Lawgistics new compliance portal designed to help you monitor your employees and manage your employment law and health and safety responsibilities. The easy to use portal will also allow you to delegate this responsibility to people within your company. It will also help GDPR compliance in relation to employee information. We feel this is a game changer for the motor trade.

As HR Manager is all about people we have been invited by automotive recruitment specialists Perfect Placement to demonstrate the new product from their stand, so this year you will find us in the Employment Matters Zone – stand A39

So if you have not already booked your tickets I suggest you book your free tickets now and make your way to Manchester for 21st or 22nd May.
