Those who have known Lawgistics from the beginning will notice a small change to our logo, but the biggest changes are the way we have organised our legal updates and how much extra is now included in our membership packages.

Firstly, we’ve categorised and tagged all our updates and articles, making them much easier to browse and find the ones that most interest you. It has been 10 years since we started producing written details providing information on changes in law, highlighting potential pitfalls and discussing issues that affect our industry, so there is a lot of useful information we wanted to share and make readily available. We also wanted to give you the opportunity to get to know us better, meet the authors of the updates and understand the variety of issues we can help with.

Our physical stationery pads and warranty booklets are still available. However, we will be encouraging our members to move online which will save them money and help them work more efficiently.

We know giving our members this digital version of our product range will cost us in the short-term but we see this as a long-term investment. Our members have shown us a lot of support and loyalty during the pandemic and this is our way of saying thank you.

Members will receive unlimited standard stationery and warranty forms which can be completed online, e-mailed or printed out, and a copy automatically filed securely to the cloud. Our best-selling pads are all included in the stationery range and three different levels of cover are available in the standard warranty forms.

Members will also have the option to upgrade to our premium forms and 24/7 warranty administration, which have many added benefits including image and video upload, vehicle and address look up, access to 700 garages around the UK and customising the forms to tailor them to your own business needs.

Premium forms cost as little as 20p a form and 24/7 warranty administration from £8 per vehicle making them a very attractive offer in comparison to similar services. Backed up with our legal helpline, casework service, and compliance software this provides a great opportunity for our members to make vast savings and improve customer service.
