Biography
Kiril Moskovchuk has been with Lawgistics since 2016, serving as a Legal Advisor and Employment Law Specialist. With a strong academic background – including a Master’s degree in Law from Cambridge (awarded through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship), a Postgraduate Diploma from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, and a Graduate Diploma in Law with commendation from the College of Law – Kiril brings both academic rigour and practical insight to his work.
Kiril began his legal career supporting access-to-justice initiatives through various Citizens Advice Bureaus, before moving into the specialist world of motor trade law. At Lawgistics, he advises on a wide range of legal matters, handling hundreds of cases each year. His particular focus is on employment law, where he supports clients with everything from recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, to complex issues such as TUPE transfers, redundancies, and Employment Tribunal defence.
In addition to his casework, Kiril regularly delivers training for group and franchise dealers, and is a familiar name to many through his written guidance and blogs. He played a vital role during the Covid-19 pandemic, keeping members informed with clear, practical advice on furlough and its impact on employers.
