Howard Tilney

Legal Advisor
Howard began his legal career as a solicitors clerk for a well known and respected local high street firm of solicitors in 1987.

His early training included seats in crime, family, insolvency and civil litigation, before specialising in the latter and within a few years he was in charge of the firms debt recovery and agency departments.

After 11 years in private practice Howard moved to the commercial sector as an in house legal advisor and commercial manager for an established commercial debt recovery company, which took him around the country presenting to prospects and maintaining client relations.

He then returned to private practice in 2000 and began to specialise in personal injury law. As the sole civil litigator in his firm he was required to deal with a diverse range of cases to include amongst others employment, intellectual property and landlord & tenant in addition to the more common contract and tort cases that he was already well acquainted with.

In that same year Howard began studying part time for his law degree at De Montfort University in Leicester.

During the last 14 years Howard continued to develop his personal injury practice but kept his hand in with contract and building disputes before being tempted back into the commercial sector to take up his present role.

Howard now brings to Lawgistics and its clients his considerable legal knowledge and experience of civil court practice and procedure.
