Small Claims get bigger!

From April 2013 the County Court Small Claims limit is to be increased from £5,000 to £10,000. 

This is good news for retailers since the cost of many vehicles falls in the £10000 range and therefore more claims to reject a car will be able to stay in the Small Claims Court, which is less formal and legal costs are limited.
