Pensions Again!

Further warning has been issued by the government that employers who encourage employees to opt out of the new auto enrolment pension plans will face a penalty.

By definition inducement infers that Employers cannot make arrangements to give an employee something in return for their opt-out, nor can they, threaten to remove their job, benefits etc if they will not. 

The amounts of these penalties have not yet been disclosed.
