We have recently had an incident where a slightly deranged complainant visited a client’s home having found the detail from Companies House.

For anyone becoming a Director from 1st October the forms will allow a ‘service address’ and a ‘usual residential address’.  Whilst the same is permitted, of course, the residential address can only be accessed by Companies House.

Existing Directors can apply to remove their address from public record.
