Following the recent Budget the hourly minimum wage from 1^st October 2010 will be: 

-          Workers aged 21 or over increased form £5.80 to £5.93 (NB adult rate presently only applies to 22 and over but will decrease from 1^st October 2010)

-          Workers aged 18-20 increased from £4.83 to £4.92

-          Workers aged 16-17 increased from £3.57 to £3.64
